Digital devices, they make us very productive and we need them: cell phones, tablets, LCD, LED screens are all part of our everyday lives.
One thing though, they emit bluelight which is harmful to us.
It lowers melatonin levels and therefore interferes with our circadian rhythm and sleeping cycle.
